Our concept is to provide each program member with their own Job Search Agent to assist them with their own personalized search. The Job Search Agent is the primary contact for the candidate during their search process, and will work directly with the candidate until they secure employment.

Our Job Search Agents are former sports industry executives, each with a minimum of 10 years experience working on the business side of the sports industry.
- Telephone Interview.
The telephone interview with your Job Search Agent is a crucial step in planning the success of your job search. During your telephone interview, the Job Search Agent will write your candidate bio and develop a sports-industry-specific resume for you. The parameters of your job search will be discussed at length, including the types of positions you're interested in, relocation issues and salary requirements.
- Your Job Search Agent conducts your job search.
Your Job Search Agent uses our vast network of contacts in the industry to find opportunities that meet your criteria.
- You begin receiving Job Alerts via email.
Each Job Alert that you receive is designed specifically for you based on the parameters of your job search.
- Reply to each Job Alert that you're interested in.
- Your Job Search Agent will present you as a candidate.
The Job Search Agent will contact the employer, verbally present you as a candidate, and submit your materials.
