About Us

Executive Sports Placement has been a leader in placing candidates in positions in the sports industry since 1996. Our staff of Job Search Agents is made up of prior sports industry professionals, each with a minimum of ten years experience working in the sports industry. Each of our Job Search Agents have held supervisory positions, and had experience hiring new staff members.

Our concept is to provide each program member with their own Job Search Agent to assist them with their own personalized search. The Agent will be your primary contact during your search. The Agent will work with you from start to finish, creating a candidate bio, a sports industry resume, and assisting you with the selection of your job search criteria. Your Job Search Agent will search the industry to find openings that meet your criteria. You will receive Job Alerts via e-mail for positions that meet your criteria.

This is how our program works:

1. Submit your resume.
2. We assign a Job Search Agent to work with you.
3. The Job Search Agent contacts you for an interview where they: a. Develop a Personalized Candidate Bio
   b. Write your Sports Industry Resume
   c. Discuss the criteria for your job search.
   
4. You begin receiving Job Alerts.
5. You contact your Job Search Agent when you see a position that you're interested in.
6. Your Job Search Agent will contact the employer, verbally present you as a candidate and submit your materials. (Our Job Search Agents hold a 91% interview rate!)

Program Rates
When you sign up for our program, your membership lasts until you get a job. We charge a one-time initiation fee of $199.00, and there is a maintenance fee of $10.00 per month. You can cancel your membership with our program at any time. Cancellation must be given in writing, and e-mailed to: cancel@prosportsjobs.com
